Timpo Swoppet North American Indians
In this post we take a look at Timpo North American Indians including the early series one figures, the very common series two and series three figures.
I’m not covering Apache Indians in this or the Inuit (Eskimo) of the northern territories. One reason for covering these Indians is that they are easy to find, underrated and relatively cheap so I have a lot of photographs to post covering my finds over the last 4/5 years.
Series one Indians can still command reasonably high prices especially for one of the rarer leg colours/positions but to be fair the price for these figures and the series one Cowboys has fallen away in the last few years and the focus continues to be the later Series 4 Cowboys, White Glove Union and the ultra rare Confederates ( Minimum price for these seems to be £300-£500 each ) and the Vikings in which Timpo no doubt reached the pinnacle of its over moulding technique and are sought after but not with same gravitas of the later cowboys.
And so on to the Indians. I’ll stop waffling on in this post and let the figures do the talking !!!
